About the Role
BTWN Exhibits is looking for a highly organized and hands-on Trade Show Project Manager to manage trade show exhibit projects from kickoff through installation and dismantle.

This is a project management and execution role. You will be responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, within budget, and properly coordinated across our design, production, logistics, vendors, and onsite installation teams.

Because many of our projects involve Korean companies and teams, professional fluency in Korean and English is required. You must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.

Trade show industry experience is preferred, but we are open to strong project managers from related industries such as events, construction, exhibits, fabrication, experiential marketing, or production.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage multiple trade show exhibit projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, deadlines, and task lists.
  • Coordinate internally with designers, engineers/drafters, production teams, warehouse staff, and logistics.
  • Review project drawings, floor plans, specifications, and production requirements.
  • Make sure approved designs can be produced and installed correctly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, production information, and installation instructions.
  • Coordinate outside vendors, subcontractors, freight companies, and installation crews.
  • Manage show-service requirements including electrical, rigging, material handling, internet, flooring, labor, and other onsite services.
  • Submit required show forms, orders, and documentation before deadlines.
  • Track project costs and identify potential budget issues before they become problems.
  • Coordinate packing, shipping, delivery, installation, dismantle, and return logistics.
  • Communicate project requirements and changes clearly between Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams.
  • Travel to trade shows and oversee onsite installation and dismantle when required.
  • Troubleshoot production and onsite issues quickly and make practical decisions.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and make sure materials and rental inventory are properly returned and accounted for.

What We're Looking For:
  • Fluent Korean – speaking, reading, and writing required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, drawings, vendors, and logistics.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with production teams, vendors, clients, and onsite labor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where project requirements can change quickly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general project management software.
  • Willing and able to travel within the U.S. for trade shows.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
  • Trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Experiential marketing or events.
  • Exhibit fabrication.
  • Construction project management.
  • Millwork or custom fabrication.
  • Production management.
  • Event logistics.
  • Installation and dismantle (I&D).

Direct trade show experience is a plus, but not required for a strong project manager with relevant experience.

What Success Looks Like:
A successful Project Manager at BTWN Exhibits:
  • Keeps every project organized and moving forward.
  • Knows the project's schedule, budget, and outstanding items.
  • Catches problems before they reach the show floor.
  • Communicates clearly between all teams involved.
  • Makes sure materials arrive at the right place at the right time.
  • Keeps production and installation aligned with approved plans.
  • Takes ownership of the project from kickoff through dismantle.
  • Stays calm and finds solutions when unexpected issues arise onsite.
